TA400A
|
This unit can identify the CFC(R12), HCFC(R22), HFC(R32, R125, R134a, R143a)refrigerant components easily in less than 2.5 minutes.
It can also evaluate the ratio of mixed refrigerant components, so it is convenient for analyzation and to judge whether the refrigerant is reusable or not.
It is small and lightweight, so is very easy to take and carry around.
Measurement time is within 2.5 minutes / sample |

Instructions
First, put the sample gas into the machine through the port (1/4 FL) Then push the MEAS key and the machine will start.
One can change the indication mode afterwards, but it is better to choose either mode A or B before starting the measurement.
If not chosen, the machine will automatically choose either A or B depending on the measurement results.
This unit does not include a personal computer, printer and cable connector.
The accuracy of the measurement depends on the calibration refrigerant.
The calibration refrigerant is needed for both single and mixed refrigerant.
The calibration is required prior to every analysis of R408A.
Please procure the general grade calibration gases which are sold in sealed packages of disposable cylinders locally.
For the gases other than R408A, the unit has already been calibrated before shipment from Japan.
The unit will switch itself back to AUTO ZERO after each measurement, but please avoid sudden temperature change.
The display is in English.

Instructions of MODE
MODE A
When the sample is any of the single or mixed refrigerants indicated in
the specification, the display will show the mixed ratio or the purity of
the refrigerant. (Sample A - 1)
When there are fluorocarbons out of the specifications mixed in the refrigerant,
the fluorocarbon will be shown as "OTHERS". (Sample A - 2)

MODE B
When the sample is mixed refrigerant out of the specification, the ratio
of the six fluorocarbon gases in the specification will be shown on the
display. (Sample B - 1)
It is possible to change the display from MODE A to MODE B to check the
fluorocarbon ratio.(Sample B - 2)
